Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

The orders can be cancelled/ refunded in full if the order is cancelled before it is shipped. However, the order cannot be cancelled/ refunded if the order is shipped. Please call us on +91-8100323453 and mail on support@carlington.in to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Return Policy:

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damage or incorrect product received

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately or within three days if it is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item. We might request images or videos from you in order to verify the issue.

Don't like the product or don't want it anymore.

To be eligible for this return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are subject to an additional product handling charge of 100 rupees per order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Currently we do not offer Exchange facility. Please return your item and place a new order.

Refund Policy:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. If your order was COD, please provide us with your bank/ UPI details for us to process your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
