Cancellation Policy:

The orders can be cancelled/ refunded in full if the order is cancelled before it is shipped. However, the order cannot be cancelled/ refunded if the order is shipped. Please Whatsapp on +91-8100323453 and mail on support@carlington.in to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Return Policy:

We currently do not offer returns. However, exchanges are completely free for your convenience.

Exchange Policy:

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange

Damage or incorrect product received

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately or within three days if it is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item. We might request images or videos from you in order to verify the issue.
